			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>During the off season I like to keep myself active in order to stay in top shape for the upcoming ski season. I work out with a personal trainer once a week and work out at home twice a week. <a href="http://stacimannella.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/11/staci-workout-019.jpg"><img class="alignright size-medium wp-image-109" title="Billy Dee Williams getting Staci ready for Copper" src="http://stacimannella.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/11/staci-workout-019-300x168.jpg" alt="" width="300" height="168" /></a>I also horseback ride twice a week. During my work outs with my trainer, Billy, I mostly focus on leg strength, and balance exercises because that is what I need for racing. I worked out this morning and we did a lot of one legged exercises and squats. It was a difficult work out but I always feel great afterwards so it is okay. Working out a few times a week helps me stay in shape during the off season and makes me strong enough to become a better ski racer.</p>
